You will receive a clear 90-Day Plan and specific next steps via email. If there's a fit to work together, we'll explain what that looks like. There's no hard sell and no obligation.

Coaching packages are structured as a monthly retainer with a six-month minimum term.

I only work with a select number of clients at a time to ensure high quality support. To determine client-coach fit and set the goals we'd be coaching toward, the Strategy Session is a pre-requisite to any 1-on-1 working relationship with me.

Please note that purchasing a Strategy Session does not automatically reserve your spot for coaching. Ongoing coaching is intensive and highly personalized, and will only be offered at my discretion if we determine that we are a fit.

Because coaching is personalized and the level of support varies, exact pricing is quoted after the Strategy Session.

What you invest depends on the package, and the right package can only be determined once I understand your individual goals and the level of support you need.

That is why the Strategy Session comes first. We deep dive into your situation together and decide whether I'm the right person to help and whether I have the capacity to take you on.

Coaching retainers are a four-figure monthly investment.

Unfortunately not at this time. I love supporting mission-driven work, and I do that through my content and free resources.

As a small business owner, I don't have the same pricing flexibility that larger organizations do. Many can offset the cost of leadership development through grants, tax exemptions, or institutional support. I am not structured to access any of that.

What the investment looks like depends on the level of support involved, which is one of the things we establish in the Strategy Session.

Yes. A percentage of my clients have their Strategy Session and subsequent coaching partially or fully reimbursed by their company.

If you are interested in ongoing coaching, please note that coaching retainers are pre-paid and due monthly in advance. Invoices and payment receipts are available for your expense or reimbursement process.

Accepted forms of payment are credit card and ACH or SWIFT transfer, in USD.

If your company is sponsoring your professional development, you will receive an additional sponsor pack and Q&A sheet for your supervisor to help you communicate the value of coaching.
